The Website has been created and is controlled by ICT in Cuba and that exclusive jurisdiction is based in the courts of the city of Havana.
The User accepts that any claim related to the Website or these Terms and Conditions must be regulated by the substantive laws of Cuba. The Website has been designed in compliance with Cuban laws. ICT does not declare that the content of the Website is appropriate for places outside of Cuba.
